For the second time, I was lucky enough to go to the biggest electronic festival in the south of France, at Barcarès. Across 3 days, DJs from all around the world came to party with the crowd. The festival united more than 140,000 people other the 3 days!

I have to say it was definitely better than last year. A few artists to name : Tiesto, Armin van Burren, Zedd, Avicii, Kaskade, Dirty South, Martin Solveig, Alesso, Axwell and Ingrosso, Erick Morrillo, Madeon and many more!
There were 2 stages, the ‘Main Stage’ for the electronic music and the ‘Beach Stage’ for the house & deep house.

Even though during the festival I managed to lose my iPhone and my friends (twice), it was such a great experience to be able to attend an event where music is the only language that you need to understand.
Many people from different countries were present, which made the festival even more beautiful.
With the bass, lights, fireworks and kind people that came out to celebrate, how could you not enjoy yourself.

Favorite sets:

Shift K3y:  The london boy was on the beach stage, and he killed it! With his own hits, remixes and more, he knew how to get the crowd going!

Avicii:  I didn’t know what to expect from his set but I was pleasantly surprised, his well-known anthems, infused with some good old house tracks with a finale which had the audience feeling uplifted.

Zedd: It was my first time seeing him, so understandably I was really excited.  He did not disappoint, Zedd saved the night with his electro set, he had the crowd jumping and singing along.

Madeon: I knew he’d never disappointed me, the Frenchman mixed so well, very minimalistic, on point and the visuals accompanying his set are always a pleasure to watch.

In summary, it was a beautiful 3 days, which made me realise that music is something I simply can't live without! I can't wait to discover other festivals around the world, meet new people and dance for the rest of my life.
